This project involved a stylish and seamless rear extension to a traditional detached home. The new space features a contemporary design with large French doors and expansive windows that flood the interior with natural light. A striking glass roof lantern enhances the sense of openness and connects the space to the outdoors. High-quality materials and a sympathetic architectural style ensure the extension blends harmoniously with the original character of the house. The landscaping complements the new structure, creating a fluid transition between indoor and outdoor living.

The internal renovations included the installation of a central kitchen island with integrated sink and seating, custom-built window seating with storage drawers, and a full-height wall of dark cabinetry for ample storage. The updates combine functionality with a warm, traditional design.

This modern cabin was completed as bespoke wedding accommodation. It features a sleek, black timber exterior with large glazed openings, a bright and stylish interior finished with neutral tones, and a compact yet luxurious bathroom with floor-to-ceiling marble-effect tiles. Amenities include underfloor heating, air conditioning, a concealed sliding door to the en-suite, and panoramic views of the surrounding countryside—offering a private and comfortable stay in a contemporary setting.

We completed a comprehensive renovation of this elegant apartment within the historic Elie House, blending contemporary comfort with timeless character. The project included a full interior refurbishment—updating the kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, lighting, and bespoke joinery throughout. Careful attention was paid to preserving period features while introducing modern materials and high-end finishes. The result is a stylish, functional living space that respects the building’s heritage while offering all the conveniences of modern living.
